III. - In accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 85-528 of 15 May 1985 on the actions and declaratory judgments of death of the deceased in deportation, the affixing of the acts mentioned in the margin and declaratory judgments of death will be at the expiration of a period of one year set by the said Act, after publication of this Order, and provided that no opposition has been made by a successor court of first instance.
